I was responsible for designing experience of features within the CRM flow to increase adoption and productivity for sales and service associates.
During 2.5 years, I was the UX Designer for multiple different efforts that were built on Salesforce CRM platform, Financial Services Cloud, and Community platform. I have listed the three most important efforts at Enterprise level.
I partnered with Enterprise Researcher to leverage existing user research or initiate new research study, and conduct usability tests to understand user feedback, everything on the research side that was necessary to inform workflow designs. I also conducted usability test for one of the efforts, analyzed data, and created recommendation report. Created user flows, information architecture, experience architecture, generate ideas, create wireframes, and prototypes, were some of the responsibilities.
